We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the service, and we are unable to resolve them within 48 hours
• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or charged multiple times for the same purchase
• Unused Credits: For one-time purchases, refunds may be available within 7 days if you haven't used any credits
• Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Refunds for the current billing period are available if cancelled within 7 days of the charge

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include the following information:
   • Your account email address
   • Order/transaction ID (if available)
   • Date of purchase
   • Reason for refund request
   • Any relevant screenshots or details
3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Credits that have already been used to generate images
• Subscription fees for periods where the service was actively used
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago
• Refunds requested due to dissatisfaction with generated image quality (as results may vary)

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Include "Subscription Cancellation" in the subject line
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have access to your credits until the period ends
• No future charges will be made after cancellation

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Creem, a trusted payment processor. We never store your full payment details on our servers. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
